This Privacy Policy describes how Ai Career Technologies Private Limited ("Ai Career", "we", "our", or "us") collects, stores, protects, and handles your personal information across our web applications and mobile apps (iOS and Android), in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Apple & Google Play Store developer guidelines.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information strictly required to provide and personalize the Ai Career Voice-First AI Action Engine and Sovereign Memory experience:

• Account Details: Full name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
• Sovereign Conversation Vault: User action queries, 3-step action breakdowns, and generated deliverables. All session records are stored client-side in sovereign device memory and encrypted during sync.
• Generated Tangible Deliverables: Formal grievance letters, RTI petitions, legal drafts, checklists, and templates generated during sessions. These are compiled directly to your device.
• Device & Diagnostics: Anonymous operating system version, device model, and crash reports solely used to maintain platform stability.
• Zero Sensitive Financial Data: We never collect or store your credit card numbers, debit card details, or UPI PINs. All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Razorpay, Apple App Store, Google Play).

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data exclusively to:

• Deliver real-time voice-first AI action orchestration tailored to your immediate civic or productivity goals.
• Persist your sovereign memory context and tangible deliverables across desktop web and mobile devices.
• Process transactional receipts and manage account entitlements.
• Comply with statutory legal and accounting obligations.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information. We only share data with verified infrastructure processors bound by strict confidentiality and security covenants:

• Razorpay: Secure payment processing on web and Android.
• Apple App Store & Google Play Store: In-app purchase verification and app distribution.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Encrypted hosting and persistent databases utilizing enterprise AES-256 encryption.

4. Apple App Store & Google Play Data Safety Declarations

• App Store Privacy Manifest: Ai Career maintains an active PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest declaring localized NSUserDefaults usage for game state retention. No third-party ad tracking frameworks are integrated.
• Google Play Data Safety: Data transmitted over secure HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption. Users can request total deletion at any time.

5. Account Deletion & Data Purging (Guideline 5.1.1(v))

You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated records at any moment:

• In-App Deletion: Tap the Profile/Settings icon → select Delete Account → confirm. Your profile, streak, progress, and stored deliverables will be permanently eradicated within seconds.
• Web Deletion Portal: If you no longer have access to the mobile app, you can submit an instant deletion request via our Online Account Deletion Portal.
