1. 100% Digital Delivery - Zero Physical Shipping
Ai Career is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) and micro-learning application. All products, courses, assembly sessions, and compiled deliverables are 100% digital goods. We do not manufacture, package, or ship any physical merchandise or hardware items. Consequently, no shipping charges, customs duties, or postal fees apply to any transaction on our platform.
2. Delivery Mechanism & Timeline
Instant Payment Confirmation
Upon completing checkout via Razorpay (Cards, UPI, Net Banking) or Apple In-App Purchase, your transaction is verified in real-time.
Immediate In-App Studio Provisioning
Your purchased tier or unlocked engine track is activated in your account instantaneously (within 0 - 5 seconds). The Level Tree unlocks the corresponding node immediately.
Direct Deliverable Compilation & Download
Upon completing each session, your tangible deliverable (e.g. learning_roadmap.pdf, vector_brandmark.svg, financial_forecast.xlsx, or crm_blueprint.json) is compiled and made immediately available for one-click local download.
Email Confirmation & Tax Invoice
A formal payment receipt and GST tax invoice is automatically emailed to your registered address within 5 minutes of transaction completion.
3. Geographic Availability
Our digital platform is globally accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, subject only to scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance.
4. Delivery Issues & Support
If you experience any delay in account unlocking or receive an unexpected payment failure message:
- First, refresh your browser or pull down to refresh on the mobile level tree.
- If your account is not updated within 10 minutes of debit, please email support@aicareer.app with your Payment Reference ID.
- Our technical support desk will manually verify your transaction and provision full access within 2 business hours.
