Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Ai Career. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Ai Career Technologies Private Limited ("Ai Career", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Ai Career website (aicareer.app), the Ai Career mobile applications (iOS and Android), and the Voice-First AI Action Engine & Sovereign Memory Vault.
1. The Ai Career Service & Output Ownership
Ai Career provides an interactive, voice-first AI action orchestration platform where users turn complex real-world tasks into structured 3-step execution plans and tangible deliverables using conversational AI.
- User Ownership of Compiled Deliverables: All digital deliverables compiled by you through the Ai Career platform (including downloadable formal dispute letters, RTI petitions, legal drafts, checklists, and templates) are your sole property upon generation.
- Platform Intellectual Property: The underlying algorithms, Sovereign Memory Vault architecture, Velocity Triad visual identity, UI design, sound effects, and software code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ai Career Technologies Private Limited.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access full studio sessions, you must register an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Pricing, Payments & In-App Purchases
Certain studio engines and advanced learning pathways require payment of specified fees:
- Web & Android Payments: Payments processed on the web and Android are securely handled through Razorpay and supported digital payment gateways. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) and inclusive of applicable statutory taxes.
- iOS In-App Purchases: For subscriptions and digital unlocks on iOS, payments are processed directly through Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit) in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Instant Digital Access: Access to purchased learning modules is provisioned instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Please refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy. Unredeemed sessions are eligible for a 7-day unconditional refund from the date of purchase.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary models or source code of Ai Career.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with security or authentication features.
- Automate scraping or extraction of platform educational materials without written consent.
6. Account Deletion & Right to Be Forgotten
You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated data at any time directly through the mobile application (Settings → Delete Account) or online via our Account Deletion Portal.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ai Career Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
